Most recently, Sydney started her own business, Sydney Suchy Design LLC, in January 2025, where she specializes in Social Media, Logo, Branding, Website and Presentation Design. She has been working with Aviation Safety Solutions since February 2025, and has had a verity of logo and branding projects for other small business clients.
Sydney has also been working full time as an Access Specialist for the University of Minnesota's Disability Resource Center, since November 2024. She has described her work at the UofM as a fulfilling and exciting experience. In the last year (plus), she has been part of the Testing and Access Assistance Unit that has grown, adapted and surpassed expectations as the requests for access assistance and testing accommodations continues to increase.

Sydney graduated from St. Norbert College as part of the Class of '24. She graduated with a Bachelors of Arts degree in Graphic Design and Spanish, with a 4.0 GPA, and honors of Summa Cum Laud, the Daniel F. Dickhurt Art Award and the Spanish Award. Sydney also studied abroad in Toledo, Spain during her Spring semester 2023.
She stayed involved in her community and college art department by working at the on campus galleries and as a Graphic Designer & Promotional Assistant. She was also a Student Designer for the Art Department Design Center. Sydney also worked as the Social Media/Marketing Coordinator for the colleges Dining Services Instagram.
Sydney also played on the Women's DIII Golf Team and was a co-captain during the Fall Season 2022 and the 2023-24 Golf Season. She was also part of CCHAM (Canadian Cornishams), a social group on campus. She enjoyed participating in several volunteer opportunities through her golf team and social group.
